Frutaiga reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to your back office upon the termination of your business relationship with Frutaiga, for any breach of this license or breach of your Frutaiga Independent Marketing Consultant Agreement or Frutaiga’s Policies and Procedures. Frutaiga further reserves the right to suspend your access to your back office during any investigation relating to the breach of your Independent Marketing Consulting Agreement or Frutaiga’s Policies and Procedures or this license.
